Re: [Bug 521869] [NEW] Timeline scrolling splits midway through

Thanks for looking into this. I apologize I was a little rushed today
when I submitted the bug (Valentine's day and all). Here is the
additional information you requested. I cannot finish this video at the
moment because of this bug because I need to add some tracks in the
beginning of the video. Again, thank you for your support. I'll donate
some money to OpenShot if you fix this main issue of mine :)

26 total tracks

Splits on track 14

Version (Ubuntu latest PPA version, checked before bug was submitted)

Status in OpenShot Video Editor: Fix Committed

Bug description:
When scrolling the timeline on a project with a number of tracks, the scrolling splits between the light blue track number portion and the main timeline. The main timeline will stop scrolling and the scroll bar will only control the track portion. When the scrollbar is returned to the top it will control both as it normally should but if you try to scroll to the bottom tracks again it will split in the middle and the track names will only scroll, not the timeline.
