[Bug 522143] [NEW] Wrong dependency libsdl1.2debian-pulseaudio on Ubuntu 9.10 when using ALSA only?

Public bug reported:

When I try to install OpneShot on my Ubuntu 9.10 from the ppa, Synaptic
tells me that I have to remove libsdl1.2debian-alsa and install libsdl1
.2debian-pulseaudio instead. As i am not using pulseaudio (i finally
managed it to disable and completely remove pulse) i don't want to
install that.

But as far as I know the SDL libaries, there should be no problem using
ALSA instead of Pulse (the application using sdl doesn't notice the
difference)

I think you could (should) change that dependency...

( libsdl1.2debian-pulseaudio | libsdl1.2debian-alsa | libsdl1.2debian-
oss | libsdl1.2debian-esd | libsdl1.2debian-nas )

Thank you.
