Re: OpenShot is officially in Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid Lynx)!
Good news everyone. OpenShot 1.1 is now in Lucid Lynx! Benjamin was able
to get the packaging issues resolved, and uploaded it Ubuntu. So, once
again, a big thanks to Benjamin. I still haven't figured out how to show
the correct name, icon, and screenshot in the software center, but that will
probably be easy to fix.
Unfortunately, we were unable to get "openshot-docs" included before the
feature freeze... so I'm not sure what our options are with that. We might
be able to get an exception, and upload the package anyway. Or... worst
case, we can fix the OpenShot code to launch a web browser and navigate to
our HTML help manual.
I'll keep everyone posted on that as it develops.
Thanks,
-Jonathan
