[Bug 516227] Re: DV PAL WideScreen for only 10 minutes

Bug is still present in version 1.1.0

Some other description (using filebug example):
  1) No, it does not work correctly in ffplay, ffplay shows clip with pixel ratio 12:11.
  2) No, it does not work correctly in melt, melt shows clip with pixel ratio 12:11.
  3) Here are the details from ffmpeg about my video:

Input #0, mpeg, from 'MOV001.MOD':
  Duration: 00:01:11.48, start: 0.262222, bitrate: 4456 kb/s
    Stream #0.0[0x1e0]: Video: mpeg2video, yuv420p, 704x576 [PAR 12:11 DAR 4:3], 9510 kb/s, 25 tbr, 90k tbn, 50 tbc
    Stream #0.1[0x80]: Audio: ac3, 48000 Hz, stereo, s16, 256 kb/s

  4) Some other information:
- I inserted a clip to a project, then i put it to a track (clip looks like 12:11 pixel aspect ratio), so my next step is
set up Clip Properties (Video Tab / Maintain Aspect Ratio - i have switched to not been inserted), then clip looks like 64:45.
- That is great, but pixel aspect ratio 64:45 is implemented only for 10 minutes of the project and in the rest of the project the ratio 64:45 is implemented in the Transitions.
- If i set up pixel aspect ratio in kdenlive, it makes good, but i like to make my videos in OpenShot
