[Bug 544137] [NEW] PPA debs break OpenCV install

Public bug reported:

openshot 1.1.1-karmic1
Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic Koala), AMD64

Installing from the Openshot PPA
(http://ppa.launchpad.net/openshot.developers/ppa/ubuntu) on Karmic
breaks my OpenCV install from this PPA
(http://ppa.launchpad.net/gijzelaar/opencv2-karmic/ubuntu)

The issue seems to be that Openshot depends on python-mlt (which depends
on frei0r-plugins, which depends on some OpenCV libraries). I had
Kdenlive installed (which also uses MLT) but that didn't break my OpenCV
debs.

** Affects: openshot
