[Bug 558748] [NEW] Rotate crops and flattens the video

Public bug reported:

1) Ubuntu 10.04 beta - Guest OS on Virtual Box with Windows 7
2) Ubuntu Software Manager
3) OpenShot 1.1.2

I have a video that I would like to rotate 90 degrees clockwise. I add
the rotate effect, change all rotation parameters to zero and Fixed
Rotate X to 90.0. The clip previews rotated 90 degrees as expected, but
it appears cropped vertically and flattened horizontally.

Initially I thought the video was outside the preview area because it
was rotated, but not re-scaled. But trying to reduce it using Layout
confirms that it has been cropped (and flattened).

** Affects: openshot
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
