Message #03364
[Bug 538026] Re: Exported video different from preview
I can confirm this bug using v1.1.0 on debian squeeze.
I'm using a mpgv file (video only) and a ac3 file (audio only). One on
each track. I added a title on a third track before. The preview is fine
but the exported file (ogg theora, vorbis) is not.
The timeline :
T3 (title)
---------
T2 (video)
-------------------------------------------------
T1 (audio)
-------------------------------------------------
Exported file timeline (guessed from playback) :
T3 (title)
---------
T2 (video)
-------------------------------------------------
T1 (audio)
-------------------------------------------------

Status in OpenShot Video Editor: New
Bug description:
I created a video which consists of several video clips successfully. I exported it (Youtube HD high quality settings).
The exported video is totally different from what was previewed. Some clips start from the beginning when they should start from specified position, some start in later position than in preview mode. The length of exported video is longer than it should be (background music ends much earlier than video). Some titles are shown way too late (after other video and audio has ended).
I can provide more information if needed.
Running Openshot 1.1.0 on Ubuntu 9.10.
