Public bug reported:

I was working on a project, and I deinterlaced each individual clip in
the six or so tracks.  I then saved the file, and went to export the
video.  Openshot crashed when I exported it.

As per similar issues reported, I have installed frei0r-plugins, and it
has not helped.
