A test with a picture.
But I'm not sure it is an openshot bug.
I couldn't view files with melt. I suppose it's a an xorg problem. But the
strange thing is the preview functionning in backward or forward mode.

Status in OpenShot Video Editor: New
Bug description:
using ubuntu 10.04
when I try to preview a clip or a project, the preview window stay black.
If I stop the preview and move frame by frame manually or using the acceleration button, I can see the clip in the preview window.
I suppose it's a melt problem (i'm using mlt 0.5.5) because the mlet window stay black if i run a clip with melt command line.
Problem is the same with kdenlive.
