With the introduction of a more advanced theme engine, I wanted to
create a theme that was optimized for smaller screens, such as tablets
and netbooks.  This theme should have a thinner timeline ruler, and
thinner tracks and clips.  Buttons should be moved accordingly, based on
the smaller containers.
