Oh yeah, as far as instructions...  There is a new File > Import
Transition... menu.  Click that menu option, and follow the on-screen
instructions.  The new PNG transition will show up in your transitions
list.  The files are stored in ~/.openshot/user_transitions/.

Bug description:
When the user adds new files in this differents categories, it's more simple for him to put in the .openshot folder.So i don't use the root laws.
