Yes, it's a bit tricky to solve the original bug as the click comes
before the drag, therefore the mute has already been activated before
dragging.

Bug description:
As a Novice user, I frequently managed to mute clips on the timeline while dragging them until I learned not to grab the clip near an icon. 

(OpenShot 0.9.54 on Ubuntu 9.10 using the openshot-edge ppa)
