How about toggling the properties again when the drag starts, to negate
the effects of the click?

Bug description:
As a Novice user, I frequently managed to mute clips on the timeline while dragging them until I learned not to grab the clip near an icon. 

(OpenShot 0.9.54 on Ubuntu 9.10 using the openshot-edge ppa)
