There are now 44 effects in OpenShot.  There are both Audio and Video
effects.  Users need an easier way to filter the list of effects to find
the one they need.  The following filter methods would be great:

1) Filter by 'Video' effects
2) Filter by 'Audio' effects
3) Search for the effect by name
