[Bug 667105] [NEW] Shortcut for Save

Public bug reported:

Currently Ctrl + S isn't a shortcut to save. (It'll split(razor) a clip as that is what s does).
A previous bug was supposed to fix it https://bugs.launchpad.net/openshot/+bug/510056 but appears to have only worked on the second half. I'm opening a new bug as the other half of that bug is fixed.

Even things like Firefox use Ctrl + S to save. The current behaviour is
very confusing for users as they goto save and instead split the current
clip they are working on.

Also, we should probably have tooltips/menus show what the shortcuts
are. However that will probably be a separate bug unless whom ever takes
on this one does it at the same time.

Ubuntu 10.10
Installed Deb from standard Maverick repo
OpenShot 1.2.2
