[Bug 665878] Re: openshot uses CPU for no reason

Ubuntu 10.10 (32-bit), OpenShot 1.2.2

OpenShot _does_ use CPU for no reason. After opening a sample project
and resizing/moving some effects I noticed that the fan of my notebook
got faster and faster. The reason was OpenShot which used about 60-100%
on both cores. I add a screenshot. I took it while OpenShot was
completely idle. No playback or something.

Status in OpenShot Video Editor: New

Bug description:
Ubuntu 10.10 64
OpenShot 1.2.2 installed using the Ubuntu Software Center

Steps to reproduce:
- Open OpenShot, notice the openshot process uses x% CPU for no reason (no video processing, no clip added to the Project Files, ..). x=14 in my case.

(This might be a different bug, but still very similar:)
- Add an mp4 to the Project Files.
- Drag the clip to Track 2.
- Click the Ruler so the Play-head is inside the clip, notice the Video Preview shows an image from the video at that point, notice the openshot process uses y% CPU for no reason. y = 103, 67 (depending on the clip)
