[Bug 725108] [NEW] No video output in case of clip start after 10 min with rotate

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 10.10
Openshot 1.2.2 Ubunto package, 1.3.0 tar file and bzr branch lp:openshot
If a clip start after 10 min and you apply a filter (rotate) there isn't ouput video, only the sound is available.
The same clip put in time line to start before 10 min but end after 10 min it is ok.
Test with openshot 1.3.0, 1.2.2 , dev branch for mov file and AVI/xvid file.
The problem is the same for each file format and openshot version

** Affects: openshot
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
