Title:
  openshot 1.1 doesn't start

Status in OpenShot Video Editor:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Openshot 1.0 used to work under my install of ubuntu 9.10, but after
  removing this and installing the brand spanking new Openshot 1.1 /
  ppa, the program refuses to even start.  No splash screen even
  appears. ...your thoughts?
