Public bug reported:

Inserted an explosion effect clip to my project which has 3 tracks. Then
tried to speed up the explosion. After the adjustment OpenShot crashes
when preview reaches this clip or even if trying to open preferences for
that video clip.

The explosion effect was downloaded from:
