Here are my *testing results *so far:

*Ubuntu 10.04:*  Everything worked pretty good.  Not problems except a
strange error while launching (about not importing mlt correctly), but
everything still worked.  Also RGB Parade is listed as a valid Frei0r
filter, but still crashes.

*Ubuntu 10.10:*  Program launches with same error as above, but still seems
to work.  Exporting a very small, 1 picture on the timeline, video would
freeze on certain formats, such as ogg vorbis.  The progress bar kept
stopping right before it was done... and then the screen freezes.  Some
formats would export fine.  Seemed a bit buggy on the export screen though.

*Ubuntu 11.04:  *Program launches with same error as above, but still seems
to work.  Ogg Vorbis was very buggy, and only exported the first few seconds
of my timeline.  Other formats seemed fine.
*
*
*Ubuntu 11.10:**  *Difficult to test in Unity, because it frustrates me for
some reason. =)  Ogg vorbis worked correctly.  Got the same GTK icon / theme
errors that Andy reported, but the app still worked.

While I haven't thoroughly tested any of these versions, the Daily PPA works
on each version, OpenShot launches (even if a few errors are in the
terminal), and for the most part, OpenShot works fine.  Tonight I'm going to
dig into the "Export Freezing" on Ubuntu 10.10, and some of the "Terminal
Error Messages" when launching OpenShot.
