Hey,

I see this list gets a bunch of bug spam because the POC team is listed
as a driver for the openstack-common library:

  https://launchpad.net/~openstack-common-drivers/+members#active

The doesn't make much sense to me. Anyone have an objection to me
removing the POC team?
