Sorry for the slow response.  I don't currently have a wordpress
id/password, so I can't view the form.  Nonetheless, I was hoping to get a
little more elaborate than something that simply collects data.  That in
mind, I've acquired a CiviCRM manual and I'm absorbing as much as I can.
 However, with the many concurrent (non-Drupal/CiviCRM) initiatives the OSDF
is chewing on, I'd like to be able to set something up in time to catch the
momentum when these things launch.  So I'm wondering how hard it would be to
fashion the google form in such a way that it can migrate fairly easily,
both from the back-end data perspective (probably very easy) and the
front-end design.  Any thoughts/suggestions?
