Just push it to lp:~ourdelta-developers/ourdelta/yourbranchname then  
anybody who is a member of the ourdelta-developers group will be able  
to push there.

You can also re-own (like chown for bzr on lp ;-) an existing branch  
by going to the branch main page, clicking the little icon next to the  
title, and then changing the owner. Launchpad will move the branch to  
the new name, so after that be sure to also adjust your local copy of  
the branch (or re-branch from the new location).

All sometimes useful, makes collaboration really really easy.
