Fyi, been testing this since yesterday and with the exception of a stuttering
video (that I brought up on #oxide a little while ago), things seem fine.

Note: I'm not saying 1.4 is better/worse than 1.3 for the stuttering, just
mentioning that I too have seen this issue.
