Public bug reported:

On the wiki, the download link for binaries and src rpm's points
directly to the 0.3 version.  It should be altered to point to one
directory above it so that the user can choose the version they want.
Adding a 'current' symlink to the latest version subdirectory could also
allow simplified download instructions.
