Binary package hint: libnet-domain-tld-perl

Please include libnet-domain-tld-perl in main, because it's needed by
libemail-valid-perl, which is needed by the latest lintian version.

All MIR requirements are met. The package is small, well maintained, and
has only one open bug in Debian.
