KDE Version

New in KDE4, labels in form layouts are now right aligned to left
aligned widgets, creating a center plumb line which is all then aligned
to the left (Mac OSX style).

In [1], the LEFT image is the correct layout.  The CENTER image is
incorrect.

Report No., Summary, and Reporter should be fixed.
