[Bug 505003] [NEW] boot error message: udevd[328]: can not read '/etc/udev/rules.d/z80_user.rules

Public bug reported:

On boot with the latest -dev ISO, installed via ubiquity onto my eee
701, I see this new error message on boot:

   udevd[328]: can not read '/etc/udev/rules.d/z80_user.rules

Not sure if it's a severe problem.
(For me I get the "init crypto" hang problem immediately after; I don't think it's related since the latter has been around longer.)

** Affects: puredyne-live
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
