Hello. I found this project not all that long ago. It looks great! I did
notice that there might be a conflict with the knife logo. Before I say
anything else please note that I live in the United States, I am NOT a
lawyer, and I am not related to any companies named hereafter. According
to Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swiss_Army_knife) "The color
red for multi-function knives, the cross-and-shield emblem, and the
words SWISS ARMY are registered trademarks of Victorinox AG and its
related companies." I did a little research to make sure that the claim
was backed up by something official. I checked the United States Patent
and Trademark Office website
(http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=login&p_lang=english&p_d=trmk)
and searched "red AND Victorinox." It came up. I have no idea if the
Puredyne logo infringes on anything, but I just don't want to see the
project get into legal trouble. A fix may be as simple as removing the
key chain hole (as Victorinox usually counts the key chain as a
"function") or recoloring the logo. Then again, there may be no problem
whatsoever. I have no idea what country Puredyne is native to (different
laws might exempt you from this). Just a friendly heads up, and wishes
that the project will get even better.
