I’m not in direct contact with fedora packagers, but according to the
build page for pyexiv2
(http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=6489), 0.3.0
is already packaged for FC 15, due out on 2011-05-10.

Damon, how about proposing Rapid Photo Downloader for inclusion in
Ubuntu’s universe in Natty? It would be awesome to be able to install it
from the repositories. The procedure is described there:
