The easiest way is to use a Terminal. Open a Terminal and type in the
following commands (maybe you want to copy and paste these commands):
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:pyneighborhood/stable
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
You can find a description to use repositories with commandline here:
