Hello Andi,

I just push revision 207 into trunk with free scaling and a revamped
interface which together with the "paint_links" build-time option
should address several of the problems you pointed out.

This not yet documented but you can insert arbitrary scale factors
into the combo box in the view toolbar as reals, e.g. "0.1" to "5.0",
or percentages, e.g. "10%" to "500%". And you can of course scale
using the "zoom in" and "zoom out" actions or using control+mousewheel.

Would be nice if you had a look and told me what you think. (It would
of course be nice if anybody else did so as well. :-))
