Yes, I saw it. However, it only shows part of the gap and it doesn't
start from the very top (the scrollbar is a little downwards). Can it be
done this way?

And it still hesitates between 0-or-1-pixels lower…

They don't appear that way to me. The sides are twice as thick than the
top/bottom.
