Hi Adam, thanks for implementing that idea so quickly.  My day job has
been pretty all-consuming, but in between the cracks I've tried to
compile qpdfview_trunk-r1834 and have run up against this..

I'm sorta stymied cuz I appear to have the goods (info below), but don't
expect this forum here to necessarily be the appropriate place to get
help on resolving such a build environment config issue.
