Hello Antoine,

the whole-words-only option is available since version 0.4.14 when
Poppler 0.31 or newer is used. (With older versions of Poppler, the
option is present in qpdfview but it does not work since Poppler does
not yet support it.)

Depending on the distribution you are using, you can get the latest
stable builds from [1].

P.S.: Concerning the issue with return/enter not working in the outline
view: I cannot currently reproduce this, so please retest with the
latest daily builds before reporting a bug about it. Thanks!
