Hi,

I've been doing some research and hacking to investigate making Qreator a
QR code decoder (and barcode along the way).

I've decided to put some ideas on how this could work and the results of
the research on a blueprint. Any comments (here or on the blueprint's
whiteboard) will be most welcome!
