Hi David,

Great work! Decoding is definitely very important on the phone!

As for the libraries, we should also look at zbar, if we can not get your
plugin to work right away.
And I will add a thrid step to the blueprint, which is "interpretation",
and is very important as well (and will be a lot of detail work).

Do you plan to use more blueprints in the future and less trello?
