Re: problem with segfault on photo when creating thumbnail

A folder with 177 items. This one shows up as the last thumbnail, maybe
because rapid is sorting the files after their time stamps and this file
has been edited. It gets no thumbnail image though all other items
in the folder got thumbnail images. When I click download with all items
selected, it will download all the other items until it reaches this
last one. Rapid will go defunct and hang with the progress bar on 176
out of 177.
This file gives no exif errors in any other programs. Though this one
also been edited after it came from the camera. All other files in this
folder are unedited. One thing different is when i examine this file it
has no embedded thumbnail in the exif data. All other files have.

Will rapid try to create a thumbnail on its own if there is none in the
exif data? How? Any more ideas what to look for and how to trace the
segfault?
