@Chris: when do you think we should start looking for funding for the
ideas we talked about?

I guess we will be done building the distro faster than we thought. Do
you think it is a good idea to ask for the funding now or wait until April
since our main work will start after the release of The LTS Ubuntu 14.04
in April 17... I guess?

@Ali: do you have any idea if we can get funding from the communities?
any kind of funding/donations anything can encourage students?

@Ahmad: we will talk to the departments as you said when we make sure
when to actually start asking for funding and maybe after designing a
procure
describing the events in details.

@Hisham: you should engage with the guys here to see make things work
please. we need to get funding to really show our contribution.
