Re: I need to enter scores for students

 

Hi David,

Tomorrow we can set up for you a source install on our public demo
server that should work.

If you need something more quickly or not on the internet for your
demo, probably you should switch over to a regular schooltool-2009
install (rather than schooltool-cando).  You can go to Manage in your
CanDo and choose the "XLS Export" button to get a spreadsheet that
includes your initial setup.  Then go to Manage in a SchoolTool *with
a empty database* and " XLS Import."  That should replicate the setup
on your CanDo server.

Then in the longer run we'll have to update the versions of the
Gradebook that are installed with CanDo.  The CanDo sites in Virginia
(who are really the only CanDo users at this point) don't use the
gradebook at all, so it has gotten out of date.
