You can now install SchoolTool 1.9 packages (to become SchoolTool 2.0)
from our PPA for the Ubuntu 11.10 Oneiric release from our PPA at:

https://launchpad.net/~schooltool-owners/+archive/ppa

So if you're testing the upcoming Oneiric release, check out our new UI.

We're cleaning up a few issues with the new translation templates and
will let you know as soon as they're ready for translators to go to
work.
