Hi Chad,

A helpful community member has just posted a beta version of the package
here: http://www.brokenlogo.com/downloads/scratch-1.4.0-beta2.i386.rpm

But it's still in development. If you'd like to test it we would be grateful
for the feedback. Otherwise, keep an eye on this page, where we hope to
publish and updated version soon:
