I've had no success configuring Sikuli X to work using netbeans 6.9.1 on a win7x64 enviornment and get the same errors as described above.
This is a significant issue partially becauuse it is in combination with the jython issue where jython does not function when using netbeans on a x64 system. http://bugs.jython.org/issue1525
When a user eliminates the default install settings for Java and NetBeans (eliminatinf whitespace in the path)to workaround the jython issuue Sikuli will continue to fail.   This is a significant waste of time.  If this issue can't be resolved I strongly suggest placing a warning about using Sikuli libraries with NetBeans on an W7x64 server.  It simply does not work and in fact will create significant difficulties.

I still get the error after changing the JAVA_HOME path unfortunatley.
Also I'm not able to register the VDIctProxy.DLL via regsv32 nor via the right click menu.
The error which contains a string of Chineses characters is attached "Make sure the binary is stored at the specific path or debug it to check for problems with the binary or dependent .DLL files.  The specified module could not be found.

My install structure is as follows
Java is installed at
C:\Program Files\Java\jre6
C:\NetBeansInstall\jdk1.6.0_23
C:\NetBeansInstall\NetBeans 6.9.1
C:\NetBeansInstall\SikuliX

The libraries refrenced for netbeans are:
C:\UnjarSikuli\sikuli-script
C:\UnjarSikuli\sikuli-script.jar

C:\NetBeansInstall\NetBeans6.9.1\python\jython-2.5.1\lib
C:\NetBeansInstall\NetBeans6.9.1\python\jython-2.5.1\lib\site-packages

I use te following to verify Sikuli is working
from sikuli.Sikuli import *
popup("test")

All fail.

Sikuli IDE fails to launch

Help, seriously help.  I've wasted allot of time trying to fix this.
