This is nothing you need, when using the Sikuli features on the Java level.
But if you want to program on the Python (Sikuli script) level:
As far as I know (not the Eclipse Expert) you need some Python/Jython specific plugin to have a bit more than just editing a text file.
I tested PyDev (which many others are using), which allows to edit, run
AND debug python scripts, with the option to use different configurable
Python interpreters (and Jython is one of the interpreters that are
bundled with the plug-in).
Together with the new import feature and image path of Sikuli X it is
even more comfortable (have your program edited run and debugged in
Eclipse and manage your images using the Sikuli-IDE)
