If you are with a restricted account (not allowed to administer machine), then you should at least be asked for an admin account, when trying to copy Sikuli-IDE.app in the Applications folder.
Might be necessary to repair your disk and/or the access rights.

good catch --- never tried this before, since I always have Sikuli-IDE.app in /Applications ;-)
