Had a look at 'Memory Cabin'.
I will try to solve it tomorrow.
The similarity should not be a problem for Sikuli (it's only for a human ;-)
Since the layout seems to be fixed and the movement seems to be regular, "only" the movement has to be added in case of match and the layout has to be coded in some matrix containing the information which entries are "active".

Will be some fun to solve it ;-)
