Herve confirmed that the question is solved:
Thank you for your answer.

I was not able to detect those accents correctly with any or other
methods given here, so as a workaround i used ImageGrab library to
screenshot frames that have to be analysed, and then compared them with
previous screenshots of the same interfaces, through ImageMagick compare
tool, works quite good.
