[Bug 1193783] [NEW] [request] import should be more verbose on possible error causes, when import fails

Public bug reported:

i am trying to import one .sikuli file into another so that i can reuse
some code. both files are in the same folder. but that constantly fails.

Finally I found the reason: subscript.sikuli did not contain a
subscript.py, because before I renamed the .sikuli folder outside in the
file system, without renaming the contained .py file.

I would appreciate, if Sikuli would tell me about that problem in the
future.
