if you run the code of common_maps standalone, then you have to manually prepare the GUI situation, so that drag_to_down() can do it's job.
If you import common_maps into another workflow, then I guess, that the GUI preparation is done by script: so I think you have to check the situations before using drag_to_down

Did some changes happen of images' precision when run?
Not at the level of Sikuli. But now we are using newer versions of OpenCV image processing - which might have this effect - but I am not sure.
