Ok I have put: 
append = "acpi_osi=\"!Windows 2006\""

Did one shutdown, then started, doesn't work, then did reboot and it works.

boadicea:/home/platyna$ cat /proc/cmdline
BOOT_IMAGE=Linux ro root=801 acpi_osi="!Windows 2006"

Well Klaus, if you were ever going to Poznan, drop me a line to this email 
address so I can buy you some big beer. ;-)

Now two lesser annoying things are:
- Touchpad scroll doesn't working after hibernation until restart of xserver.
- Power of the screen doesn't work after suspend to RAM (on both cards).
